From a tiny Bulgarian town and a childhood working in tobacco fields, I never imagined I would be speaking with you today. Reflecting on my journey, ‘purpose’ has been my guiding light, driving my authentic (‘crazy’) choices and embracing the unknown—from studying Artificial Intelligence as the only Master student in 1999 to leaving a promising tech career in 2021 to follow my calling into education through Creazzia and THE I Don’t Know MOVEMENT. Today, my mission is to enable people and teams through community-led mentorships, playful meetups, and authentic blended trainings to bring purpose and inclusivity into daily life, so that “We All Thrive”. Mentorship with me isn’t about ready-made answers — it’s a joint journey of discovery, where we grow together by sharing our passions and strengths, navigate uncertainty with curiosity, and explore uncharted meaningful paths with courage and play. Ready to explore beyond the known?

As an Executive Coach, Leadership Advisor, and Talent Management Consultant, Kathrin brings close to 20 years of business experience in international corporations. Her background spans global leadership roles as well as commercial, consulting, and strategic people-focused functions – giving her a deep understanding of both business realities and the human factors that drive – or hinder – success.

Working with people, building trust, and fostering collaboration have always been at the core of her career. Whether engaging with executive boards, strategic partners, or high-potential talent, she has experienced firsthand how shared purpose and communication fuel lasting impact – and how their absence slows progress.

In an unpredictable and often overwhelming world, Kathrin sees the key to success and trusted human leadership in the ability to navigate uncertainty, foster resilience, and lead with purpose. With an academic background in business and social systems, she brings a holistic, behavioral science-based lens to her work. She is convinced that those who understand and embrace The Human Faktor – in themselves, in leadership, and in organisations – will not only drive performance but create meaningful, lasting impact for individuals, businesses, and society at large.

Your Roadmap to Success

Join a diverse, international community of professionals, exchange perspectives across borders, and make a lasting impact while shaping your career:

To ensure a meaningful and productive mentoring experience, mentees are required to submit a motivation letter as part of their application. This letter will help mentors understand your background, aspirations, and expectations, allowing for better mentor-mentee matching.

Once selected: Schedule a short initial meeting with your assigned mentor to connect, introduce yourselves, and set out goals and expectations together. Both parties decide based on this meeting whether or not to continue with each other.

Attend a mandatory kick-off session to meet your fellow mentoring network, ask your questions, and learn what you can expect from the programme.

The kick-off session is scheduled 30 October 11.00-12.00 CET.

Schedule and start the one-on-one mentoring sessions with your mentor for the next 6 months and make sure you make the most of these through preparation, attention, and reflection.

Conclude, re-connect, and reflect on the programme with the entire group during a last wrap-up and feedback session and receive your ENGAGE.EU certificate for completing your mentoring journey.

Transfer your learnings into everyday life and take your career and your impact to the next level!
