Communities of Practice

What

    • Communities of Practice (CoPs) are collaborative, cross-institutional networks that bring together management and administrative staff who share a common professional or thematic interest 
    • CoPs enable knowledge sharing, innovation, and alignment across institutions, playing a key role in shaping the future of integrated European higher education. 
    • CoPs members engage in regular interaction and collaboration and develop and exchange knowledge, tools, and best practices 
    • ENGAGE.EU CoPs facilitate exchange on challenges and solutions that are typical / specific for universities focusing on business, economics and social sciences

How

    • Voluntary participation: Members join based on interest and relevance
    • Solution-oriented focus: Emphasis on applied knowledge and practical implementation
    • CoPs are in principle self-organised networks with voluntary coordinators of administrative issues such as meeting time and place and agenda-setting.
