ENGAGE.EU Double Degrees
A total of four double degree programmes are offered by the ENGAGE.EU partner universities. A double degree programme allows students to study two different academic disciplines simultaneously, providing them with two separate degrees. An integral part of the programme is a study period of at least one year at the respective partner universities. The programme at the partner university follows a curriculum agreed between the two universities. The ENGAGE.EU double degrees share a common focus on climate change and sustainability in line with the theme of the joint programme. Through rigorous academic exploration and interdisciplinary engagement, the double degree programmes prepare students to tackle complex challenges and make a meaningful contribution to different businesses and sectors.
Within the framework of ENGAGE.EU, four double degree programs are currently being offered with Luiss University, the University of Toulouse Capitole, the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen, Tilburg University and the University of Mannheim:
This double degree between Luiss and UT Capitole is an exciting two-year programme taught entirely in English and is aimed at students currently enrolled in the first year of the Luiss Master’s degree in Law, Digital Innovation and Sustainability or the UT Capitole Master en Droit Public – parcours Droit de l’environnement.
If compliant with both Luiss and UT Capitole academic requirements, students will obtain the Master Mention Droit Public Parcours-type Droit de l’Environnement (issued by UT Capitole) and the Master’s Degree in Law, Digital Innovation and Sustainability (issued by Luiss).
The programme is structured as follows:
- the first year is carried out at Luiss University (Rome);
- the second year is carried out at UT Capitole (Toulouse).
This double degree bewtween Luiss and Tilburg University is an exciting two-year programme taught entirely in English and is aimed at students currently enrolled in the first year of the Luiss Master’s programme in Law, Digital Innovation and Sustainability.
If compliant with both Luiss and Tilburg academic requirements, students will obtain the Master in Law (LLM) in International and European Law (issued by Tilburg) and the Master’s Degree in Law, Digital Innovation and Sustainability (issued by Luiss)
The programme is structured as follows:
- The first year is carried out at Luiss University (Rome);
- The second year is carried out at Tilburg University (Tilburg, the Netherlands).
This double degree between Luiss and NHH in Bergen is an exciting two-year programme taught entirely in English and is aimed at students currently enrolled in the first year of the Luiss Master’s Degree in Strategic Management or the NHH Major in Energy, Natural Resources and the Environment.
If students fulfil the academic requirements of Luiss and NHH, they will be awarded the Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (MScEBA) (issued by NHH) and the Master’s Degree in Strategic Management (issued by Luiss).
The programme is structured as follows:
- The first year is carried out at Luiss University (Rome);
- The second year is carried out at NHH (Bergen, Norway).
This double degree between Luiss and the University of Mannheim is an exciting two-year programme taught entirely in English and is aimed at students who wish to enrol on the Luiss Master’s degree programme in Management or Strategic Management, Innovation and Sustainability and the Mannheim Master in Management.
If students fulfil the academic requirements of Luiss and Mannheim, they will be awarded the Master in Management (M.Sc.) (issued by Mannheim) and the Master in Management or Strategic Management, Innovation and Sustainability (issued by Luiss).
The programme is structured as follows:
the first year is carried out at University of Mannheim (Mannheim, Germany).
the second year is carried out at Luiss University (Rome, Italy).
