Student Engagement Through Local Learner Chapters

The Local Learner Chapter is a student-led group at each ENGAGE.EU university creating activities designed to spark interest in European education and strengthen the local alliance community.

Each institution hosts its own Local Learner Chapter, coordinated by students and the university’s representatives in the Board of Learners. Together, they ensure that students can take part in initiatives that benefit the local ENGAGE.EU community, including students, alumni, faculty, and external partners, while raising awareness of the ENGAGE.EU alliance on campus.

Whether through sustainability initiatives, cross-campus collaborations, or creative workshops, the Local Learner Chapters empower students to engage, influence, and innovate both locally and across borders.

Some activities in 2025 that have already taken place include:

There are currently five Local Learner Chapters across the ENGAGE.EU alliance. If you’d like to take part in activities that strengthen the local ENGAGE.EU community, build networks, and foster collaboration with students, alumni, faculty, and partners, reach out to your local chapter. They can share information about upcoming events and how you can get involved.
