On 6-7 October, the first ENGAGE.EU Staff Development Workshop was held on the Luiss Viale Romania Campus. Organized by Task 2.5, the workshop had two parallel sessions, the first aimed at the Internal Communication officers of the ENGAGE.EU partner universities and the second aimed at developing the engagement and people management skills of Task 2.5 Community Leaders.

The workshop was also attended by external experts and consultants from WINDTRE, Medtronic, IKEA, and AWS. It included social and cultural activities, including a pasta workshop at Chef Emanuele Faini’s workshop in San Lorenzo, a guided tour of MIMS Contemporaneo, an exhibition of contemporary art set up in the Ministry of Infrastructure, and Sustainable Mobility rooms at the invitation of Minister Giovannini.
