The ad-hoc working group on alum services, which was conceived to conceptualize shared services for ENGAGE.EU alums, was joined by the representatives of the Board of Learners during a co-creation workshop in Rome. They worked on the final deliverable for the task 2.5: a manual for offering shared services for ENGAGE.EU alums in the future.
The workshop was facilitated by an expert on building international alumni relations. During the two days programme, seventeen students and members of the administrative staff, representing eight out of nine ENGAGE universities, discussed concrete measures to establish a community of ENGAGE.EU alums and to reach them with dedicated activities.
