On October 21, 22, and 23, Ramon Llull University (URL) will host the sixth ENGAGE.EU Annual Conference, an international gathering that will bring together representatives from the member universities of the ENGAGE.EU European alliance to share knowledge, experiences, and projects related to the future of higher education in Europe.

The conference will take place at three URL institutions: Blanquerna-URL’s Faculty of Psychology, Education and Sport, La Salle-URL and Esade-URL, which will serve as hubs for meeting and collaboration for students, faculty and researchers, management teams, and institutional representatives from the participating universities.

URL, as the host, will welcome the delegations from the member universities: University of Mannheim (Germany), LUISS University (Italy), NHH Norwegian School of Economics (Norway), Tilburg University (Netherlands), University of National and World Economy (Bulgaria), Université Toulouse Capitole (France), WU Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria), University Hanken School of Economics (Finland), and the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), as well as representatives from partner institutions and organizations that are part of the ENGAGE.EU ecosystem.

The alliance also has a network of local agents (Associated Partners). In the case of URL, organizations such as: Cáritas Diocesana de Barcelona, Mans Unides, the Taula d’Entitats del Tercer Sector Social de Catalunya, Barcelona Global, Foment del Treball, the Department of Social Rights of the Generalitat of Catalonia, the Barcelona City Council, Sonrisas de Bombay, and the Vidal i Barraquer Foundation will participate.

The celebration of this new edition reinforces the Ramon Llull University’s commitment to internationalization, educational innovation, and the construction of more connected, inclusive European university that is oriented toward addressing major social challenges.
