The ENGAGE.EU Research Label Seed Funding Will Support 5 Impactful Scientific Collaborations

The first call of the ENGAGE.EU research Label seed funding will support 5 impactful scientific collaborations developed by ENGAGE.EU researchers. Initially, 10 high-quality applications were received requesting a total amount of 80,451EUR in this call, against the total available ceiling of 25,500EUR, and thus fully allocated. This demonstrates the high level of interest in this first call and the overall quality of the proposals submitted.

The 5 selected initiatives will receive the funding to develop bottom-up initiatives in a range of formats including a conference, a summer school for researchers, joint publications and podcast series by and for PhD students. These collaborative initiatives will address important issues and foster new ideas on the topics such as land sobriety, activism in academia, gender equality in corporate governance and tax and sustainability. We congratulate the winners and look forward to the contributions their work will make.
