After an inspiring competition that brought together students from across the ENGAGE.EU alliance, one team has emerged as the winner of the 2024 Online Student Competition organised by the Board of Learners. Focused on exploring the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in society, the winning project stood out among submissions for its originality, depth of analysis, and impactful presentation. The topic of the competition was ‘The Role of AI in Shaping the Future of Society’. 

The winning team consists of five members and created the ‘Dorm News’ videocast, perfectly aligned with the topic and format of the competition. The team members are:

Their project examines the impact of AI on sustainable healthcare innovation, combining an analysis of potential benefits and challenges, supported by real-world examples and a creative narrative.

The team will receive personalised mentorship sessions with industry leaders, certificates, and the opportunity to showcase their work at the Annual Student Conference organised by the Board of Learners that will take place in Spring 2025.
